• **Summary:****UST is looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 6–9 years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and high\-performance front\-end components.*

• **The Opportunity:****Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js. · Develop reusable UI components using modern React practices and React Hooks. · Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript/ES6\+ code. · Integrate front\-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. · Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state\-management approaches. · Implement client\-side routing using React Router. · Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3\. · Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional front\-end components. · Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability. · Perform debugging, troubleshooting, unit testing, and defect resolution. · Work with version\-control systems such as Git. · Participate in code reviews and follow established coding and development standards. · Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders. · Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and support application releases.*

• **What you need:****6–9 years of total software development experience, with 3–6 years of strong hands\-on experience in React.js. · Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3\. · Good understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component development. · Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. · Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. · Ability to work independently as well as within an Agile development team.*

• **Required Skills:****React.js \& modern React practices (React Hooks, component lifecycle) · JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3 · State management solutions (Redux, Context API) · RESTful API integration \& client\-side routing (React Router) · Responsive web design and cross\-browser compatibility · Version control systems (Git) · Performance optimization and front\-end debugging*

• **Desired Skills:****Exposure to TypeScript · Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) · Familiarity with CI/CD processes · Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) · Understanding of web accessibility and secure front\-end development practices*

• **Qualification:****Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).*
