Lead I - Software Testing

This Lead I Software Testing position is part of a dedicated Hire and Train program. The core technical competencies required are Java, Selenide, Rest Assured, REST APIs, Postman, and BDD. Trainable skills include Selenide, GraphQL, Wiremock, Microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and Git. Candidates must possess over 8 years of strong Java programming experience with expertise in OOPs principles and clean coding. Proficiency in UI automation using Selenide for selectors, waits, and page objects is essential, along with API automation via Rest Assured for authentication, schema validation, and payload management. Experience with TestNG or JUnit, build tools like Maven or Gradle, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab is mandatory. A solid grasp of test design, debugging, and defect analysis is needed. Key responsibilities involve developing and maintaining comprehensive UI and API automation suites and seamlessly integrating these tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
