Lead I - Software Testing

• *Role description**

We are seeking a skilled Automation QE Contractor to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites for Pharmacy applications and API platforms. This role is exclusively focused on test automation — building scalable frameworks, expanding automated coverage, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for API and Web UI platforms Build and expand automated regression, and integration test suites Develop API test automation using Selenium/REST Assured or equivalent frameworks Implement UI/E2E automation using Playwright Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Concord, Looper) for continuous testing Design data\-driven and keyword\-driven test frameworks with reusable, maintainable components Implement automated data cleanup and test data management strategies to prevent environment degradation Analyze test results, identify flaky tests, and maintain a healthy, reliable automation suite Collaborate with developers to shift testing left — enabling early defect detection via PR\-level automation Report automation coverage metrics, pass rates, and execution trends to stakeholders Required Qualifications 3–7 years of dedicated test automation experience Strong proficiency in: Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript Hands\-on experience with API automation frameworks (REST Assured, Postman) Proficiency in UI automation tools (Playwright) Experience with test frameworks: TestNG, JUnit Working knowledge of CI/CD integration — triggering automated suites via pipelines Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and branching strategies Solid understanding of design patterns for test automation (Page Object Model, Factory, etc.) Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for test failures and framework issues Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Retail domains Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter) Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized test execution
