Lead I - Software Testing

• *Role description**

Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled B2B SME with strong Functional Testing experience to support quality assurance initiatives across B2B applications and business processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of order\-to\-cash processes, customer ordering workflows, distribution and fulfillment processes, and be able to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and QA teams to ensure end\-to\-end business validation and successful delivery of enhancements and releases. Key Responsibilities Understand B2B business processes and application landscape. Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end\-to\-end test scenarios. Validate Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) business workflows across multiple integrated systems. Identify test coverage gaps and ensure business\-critical processes are thoroughly validated. Collaborate with Business SMEs, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams. Perform root\-cause analysis of defects and support defect triage activities. Validate integrations between B2B applications, ERP systems, customer portals, and downstream applications. Review requirements and provide early feedback from a business and quality perspective. Support UAT planning, execution, and sign\-off activities. Participate in release validation and production support activities when required. Maintain testing artifacts including test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution reports. Required Skills Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of B2B business processes. Experience working on B2B ordering platforms and customer\-facing applications. Knowledge of Order Management, Customer Management, Pricing, Promotions, Distribution, Delivery, and Billing processes. Understanding of sales and distribution workflows is highly preferred. Functional Testing Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing. Expertise in Test Scenario Design and Test Case Creation. Experience in: Functional Testing Integration Testing End\-to\-End Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ability to validate complex business workflows and cross\-system processes. Strong defect lifecycle management experience using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Business Analysis Requirement analysis and impact assessment. Gap analysis and business process validation. Traceability management and test coverage analysis. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SAP integrations. Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Familiarity with automation testing concepts. Exposure to Data Validation and Reporting validation. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, or similar tools. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant QA certifications are an added advantage.
