### **Role description**
- *Senior Business Analyst**
UST is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and system enhancements by working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support implementation of enterprise solutions.
- *Key Responsibilities**1\. Requirements Gathering \& Documentation
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into **clear functional specifications** for technical teams.
- Develop **user stories, process flow diagrams, and use cases** to support development and implementation.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
2\. Process Analysis \& Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend solutions to enhance **operational efficiency and business outcomes**.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization efforts.
3\. Stakeholder Communication \& Management
- Act as a key liaison between **business teams, IT, and external vendors**.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non\-technical audiences.
4\. System Implementation \& Support
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of new systems and application enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in **system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)**.
- Provide **post\-implementation support**, including issue resolution and user training.
5\. Data Analysis \& Reporting
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and consistent data flow across systems.
- Support the creation of **reports and dashboards** for business insights and decision\-making.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
✅ **Required Skills and Experience**
- 8\-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in **business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation**.
- Proven ability to convert business needs into **functional and technical requirements**.
- Hands\-on experience with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio**, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with **SQL or other data querying tools** is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**.

- Relevant certifications such as **CBAP, PMI\-PBA, or equivalent**.
- Experience in **enterprise system implementations or digital transformation projects**.
