• *Summary:**

UST is looking for **Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead** with strong hands\-on development experience in **Golang or Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and AWS**.

The candidate will work on business\-critical Finance and Supply Chain applications covering areas such as financial planning, reporting, automation, and supply chain operations. The role involves building scalable full\-stack applications and intelligent workflow automation solutions while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop scalable full\-stack applications using **Golang/Ruby on Rails and ReactJS**.
• Build and deploy cloud\-based applications using **AWS**.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
• Lead technical design and development across frontend and backend systems.
• Build reliable, well\-tested, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Work closely with Product, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Guide engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
• Contribute to intelligent automation and agentic workflow solutions.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Strong hands\-on experience in **Golang OR Ruby on Rails**.
• Strong hands\-on experience in **ReactJS**.
• Strong experience with **AWS/cloud\-based application development**.
• Full Stack application development experience.
• Experience as a **Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership role**.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, APIs, databases, testing, and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering production\-grade, scalable applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with US\-based customers/stakeholders.
