Lead II - Software Testing

• *Role description**

JD:  5\+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience.  Strong hands‑on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB  Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM‑ITSM integration.  Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools  Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.  Hands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).  Strong SQL or query skills for backend data validation.  Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships
