• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5–8 years of hands\-on expertise in building scalable, high\-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java, microservices architecture, and API development.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java \& Spring Boot
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and product managers
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications
• Implement security and data protection practices
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications :**

• 9–13 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Hands\-on experience with REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)

• *Preferred Skills :**

• Experience with Docker \& Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to distributed systems and caching (Redis)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• *Soft Skills :**

• Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000\.00 per year
