• *About the role**

We are looking for a Lead Manager to handle our day\-to\-day lead management and make sure every lead and client update is recorded and followed up on time. You will work with a senior team member on 5 client accounts and their websites, and you will be responsible for executing the work, not only tracking it.

• *Responsibilities**

• Manage all leads every day, from first enquiry to conversion. Contact new leads quickly, qualify them and pass them to the right team member.
• Maintain the lead sheet and follow\-up sheet daily with the source, status, next action and next follow\-up date for each lead.
• Schedule meetings with clients and leads, and follow up with them after every meeting.
• Follow up with company members on pending tasks and keep track of action points until they are closed.
• Execute assigned work on time and coordinate with the content, video, design and social media teams.
• Work with a senior on 5 client accounts and their websites, and keep client communication clear and professional.
• Share a short daily or weekly lead report with the reporting manager.

• *Requirements**

Good spoken and written English and Hindi.

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Docs and email.

Confident on calls and meetings, and able to follow up politely and regularly.

Organised and detail\-oriented, with the habit of updating records every day.

Ability to take ownership and work with a team.

Experience in lead generation, CRM tools or digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹6,000\.00 \- ₹8,000\.00 per month
