Lead / Manager – .NET Developer

Lumel is seeking an experienced Lead or Manager for their .NET development team to oversee a significant platform transition. The core mission involves guiding the migration of existing systems from Node.js and Golang to a .NET environment, requiring deep technical expertise and strategic vision. This role is a blend of hands-on backend engineering with C# and .NET, architectural stewardship for microservices and distributed systems, and direct team leadership. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full lifecycle of backend service development, ensuring solutions are scalable, high-performance, and align with long-term product strategy. You will make critical decisions on platform architecture while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence across large-scale projects. This position demands 6 to 10 years of relevant experience and is based in Tamil Nadu.
