Lead Network Engineer - Hybrid Load Balancer

We are seeking a **Lead Network Engineer** to standardize, optimize, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise load\-balancing platforms across physical, virtual, cloud, and container environments.

• *Responsibilities**

• Design end\-to\-end hybrid load balancing architectures to securely distribute client requests across on\-premises servers, private clouds, and multi\-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Configure and manage advanced load balancing algorithms such as Round Robin, Least Connections, IP Hash, and Geo\-proximity/Latency\-based routing
• Administer enterprise ADC and load balancing platforms, including F5 BIG\-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM), VMware Avi Load Balancer (NSX Advanced LB), and native cloud balancers (AWS ALB/NLB, Azure Front Door/Load Balancer)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Python/Bash scripts to automate load balancer provisioning, certificate rotation, and policy updates
• Ensure SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management, web application firewall (WAF) integration, DDoS mitigation, and secure traffic policies across hybrid perimeters
• Perform L3/L4 root\-cause analyses to maintain platform reliability and troubleshoot complex network issues

• *Requirements**

• 8\-12 years of total experience in network engineering, including a minimum of 5 years of F5 engineering experience
• Expertise in F5 BIG\-IP (LTM, DNS, VE)
• Skills in HAProxy design and tuning
• Familiarity with Kubernetes ingress controllers
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud\-native load balancers
• Proficiency in automation using Ansible, Python, or Terraform
