Job Description – Lead Project Engineer (Automation)
Company: TSF Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Mohali
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities
\- Lead and execute industrial automation projects from design to commissioning.
\- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems usingAllen\-Bradley (Rockwell Automation).
\- Work on PLC, HMI, SCADA programming and system integration.
\- Handle project planning, execution, and coordination with clients.
\- Lead site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
\- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and project teams.
\- Ensure timely project completion and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills
\- Strong hands\-on experience in Allen\-Bradley PLC (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
\- Knowledge of Rockwell Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000\.
\- Experience in HMI/SCADA systems.
\- Good knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
\- Ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.
\- Willingness to travel for site work.
Preferred Candidate
A technically strong professional with hands\-on Allen\-Bradley automation experience, project execution capabilities, and the ability to independently manage and lead automation projects.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
