We are looking for a Senior React Full\-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with hands\-on backend development experience.

The ideal candidate will have a front\-end\-focused full\-stack background and a proven track record of building and maintaining complex, scalable, production\-grade web applications. Experience working on mature SaaS products or enterprise applications with substantial functionality, real\-world business requirements, and scalability challenges is highly desirable.

The candidate should demonstrate strong frontend engineering fundamentals, practical full\-stack capabilities, and the ability to contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and long\-term maintainability.

##### Candidates from both product\-based and service\-based organizations will be considered, provided they have relevant experience building and evolving complex production applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable UI components and robust frontend architectures using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, business logic, and integrations to support end\-to\-end application functionality.
• Implement application features across frontend and backend layers while maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, component design, state management, and application performance optimization.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, databases, and external services.
• Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable applications that meet production requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high\-quality technical solutions.

##### **A. React and Frontend Engineering**

• 9\+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial hands\-on experience in frontend and full\-stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in **React.js**, with demonstrable experience building and maintaining complex, production\-grade web applications.
• Excellent proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern language features, asynchronous programming, and core programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, browser rendering, and modern frontend development practices.
• Hands\-on experience with React ecosystem libraries, component architecture, state management, and reusable UI patterns.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, maintainability, testing, and application security.

#### **B. Full\-Stack Development (added advantage and preferred)**

• Practical, hands\-on experience developing applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and implementing backend business logic.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and integrating data services into web applications.
• Understanding of application architecture, API design, error handling, authentication, authorization, and secure development practices.
• Ability to independently develop, debug, and troubleshoot features across the application stack.

##### **C. Complex Application and Product Engineering**

• Proven experience building, enhancing, and maintaining complex, production\-grade web applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software products.
• Experience working on applications with substantial functional complexity, multiple integrated components, and real\-world business requirements.
• Demonstrated understanding of application scalability, performance, reliability, security, and long\-term maintainability.
• Experience contributing to the evolution of established applications or products rather than working exclusively on small standalone projects.
• Ability to explain application architecture, technical challenges, scale, and individual contributions to previous projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross\-functional engineering and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
