Deloitte is seeking a detail\-oriented and strategic Analyst to join our expanding Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving centralized COE initiatives that support and empower our project teams in client IT service delivery, driving operational excellence, and executing project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. You will leverage your analytical and communication skills to transform data into actionable insights for our clients and internal leadership.

As an Analyst within the COE, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion initiatives that optimize service delivery and project execution across various project teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **ITSM \& Service Delivery:** Support the implementation and optimization of ITSM processes to ensure rigorous adherence to service level agreements and excellence in client IT services.
  • **Data Analysis \& Reporting:** Execute comprehensive data collection, analyse operational metrics, and develop reporting frameworks to support strategic decision\-making and continuous improvement for the supported project teams.
  • **PMO Governance:** Provide dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) support, encompassing project tracking, milestone coordination, risk identification, and governance oversight.
  • **Executive Communications:** Develop high\-impact, professional presentations for client reviews, executive updates and internal leadership alignment.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement:** Act as a liaison between the COE, internal Deloitte teams, and BPO project teams to roll out support initiatives, ensure seamless operational integration, and maintain clear communication channels.
  • *Qualifications**

  • **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in client IT Services.
  • **Domain Expertise:** Demonstrated understanding of core ITSM methodologies (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.).
  • **Analytical Acumen:** Strong proficiency in data collection, synthesis, and quantitative analysis.
  • **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven track record of presenting complex operational data to diverse professional audiences.
  • **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • **Project Management:** Foundational PMO skills with a strong organizational capacity and attention to detail.
