As a Lead Software Engineer, you will help shape the technical foundation of a platform used by enterprise industrial organizations across the US. You will influence architecture, engineering standards, platform scalability, and the future direction of AI enabled capabilities across the product.

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who combines strong technical depth with hands on execution and team leadership. This role requires someone who has built and delivered production grade full stack applications, made critical architectural decisions, and successfully led engineering teams through complex software delivery.

Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years of technical leadership experience are mandatory.

• *What You'll Do**

• *Technical Leadership**

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across frontend and backend development.
• Drive architecture, technical standards, engineering practices, and delivery execution.
• Review system designs, pull requests, and technical decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
• Take ownership of technical problem solving during critical product and delivery phases.

• *Platform Ownership**

• Own end to end delivery of complex full stack features from architecture through production deployment.
• Work on a highly configurable metadata driven platform where workflows, forms, validations, and business processes are generated through configuration rather than hard coded implementations.
• Design and improve multi tenant SaaS architecture with strong data isolation and security controls.
• Implement robust role based access control across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Build scalable systems supporting enterprise workflows and large operational datasets.

• *Engineering Excellence**

• Champion a shift left quality culture where testing and reliability are built into development from day one.
• Drive best practices around observability, performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to future AI enabled capabilities including semantic search, embeddings, and retrieval augmented generation workflows.
• Help improve engineering velocity through better architecture, tooling, and development workflows.

• *Required Qualifications**

• *Must Have**

✔ 8\+ years of professional software engineering experience.

✔ 2\+ years leading engineering teams and owning technical delivery.

✔ Strong expertise in React and Next.js.

✔ Strong backend development experience using Node.js.

✔ Experience building scalable, production grade SaaS applications.

✔ Strong SQL and relational database design skills.

✔ Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.

✔ Hands on experience with MongoDB in production environments.

✔ Strong understanding of multi tenant architecture, authentication, authorization, and RBAC.

✔ Strong automated testing mindset including unit, integration, and end to end testing.

✔ Experience working in CI/CD driven engineering environments.

• *Good To Have**

✔ Experience with Fastify or other high performance Node.js frameworks.

✔ Experience with Azure AD B2C, JWT based authentication, and enterprise identity systems.

✔ Experience building metadata driven or configuration driven platforms.

✔ Exposure to AI enabled systems including vector search, embeddings, or RAG based workflows.

✔ Experience working on enterprise workflow or industrial software platforms.
