• *YOUR IMPACT:**

We are seeking an experiencedLead Software Engineer with strong programming expertise and the ability torapidly learn and apply AI technologies. The role involves designing and implementingGenerative and Agentic AI solutions usingC\+\+andJava, withknowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex, while leveragingPrompt Engineering andvector databases.

• *WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:**

• Design and developGenerative AI applications and services using C\+\+ and Java.
• Build and optimizeRAG pipelines for large\-scale data processing and retrieval.
• ApplyPrompt Engineering techniques to fine\-tune LLM outputs.
• LeverageML, DL, and NLP techniques to solve complex AI problems.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of software development experience, including2\+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong programming proficiency in C\+\+ and Java.
• Hands\-on experience withPrompt Engineering.
• Working knowledge ofMachine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Knowledge on LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Exposure in vector databases (PostgreSQL) is an added advantage.
• Exposure in UI design using AngularJS or React is an added advantage.
• Strong problem\-solving and mentoring abilities.
