Lead Specialist - Service Support Management

• *How you'll make an impact** **Responsibilities:*** Professionals in this group Provide technical advice to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel responding to product related questions, issues and problems .
• Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products .
• Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
• They are responsible for architecting solutions, conducting product demonstration and providing technical inputs towards proposals.
• Professionals in this group work act as subject matter experts (SME's).
• They have domain expertise along with technical/proprietary skills.
• They work on complex/large projects under no supervision from managers using their knowledge and judgement.
• They require advance professional degree along with relevant years of work experience and are responsible for coaching/mentoring junior team members.

• *About you** **Qualifications:*** Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.
