#### **Job Purpose**

To manage the Studio on day –to –day basis inviting the target customers, ensuring footfalls and pursuing them to achieve the business objective of BC growth.

#### **Job Context \& Major Challenges**

Job Context

To facilitate marketing support to our LAPF partners, BC intend to open and operate fabric studios at various garment manufacturing \& fabric buying hubs at Tirupur. This is “One\-of\-its\-kind” Studio where thousands of fabric sorts from our LAPF partners would be displayed under one roof.

Job Challenges

The job is to manage the Studio on day –to –day basis inviting the target customers, ensuring foot falls and entertaining them to achieve the business objective of BC growth.

• The person handling such studio needs to be technically proficient with shop floor experience to handle all queries related to yarns, grey \& finished fabrics and be able to address them to the satisfaction of visiting customers.

KRA1 To handle day to day running of the studio - Inviting the target customers, entertaining them during their visits and pursue them to adopt BC based products.

• To ensure proper display of available fabrics with complete information for easy understanding of the visitors

• To ensure proper VM and discipline for good customer experience

KRA2 To maintain the inventory and complete information of each of the fabrics kept on display - To handle data stock as well as commercial information with the help of computerized program. To maintain all equipment’s for effective functioning of the studio.

• To ensure availability of swatches and yardages of fabrics chosen by the customers for their adoption.

KRA3 Event management at the Studio - To manage events \- get\-togethers \& buyer\- seller interactions on regular basis

• Correspond and manage the meets \& events at the studio on regular frequency.

KRA4 MIS \& reporting - To generate reports on regular frequency for management information as well as for the participating partners about the Studio performance.

• Commercial – Regular reporting to Accounts Dept about events, budget, actual spend etc.
