Job Purpose: To plan, organize, co\- ordinate and manage activities of the GBSPL including maintenance of books of account, MIS, internal controls, software development, budgetary control, adherence to SOP, legal compliance in accordance with the legal / regulatory requirements and policies of the Company.

KRAs

#### **Financial Operations**

• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and taxations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense claims, salary, and payments.
• Ensure all MSME payment to be on time.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and internal financial policies / SOP.

#### **Financial Planning \& Analysis**

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support strategic decision\-making with data\-driven insights.

#### **Internal Control**

• To establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Recommends and maintains processes to ensure proper internal controls exist and are followed to maintain the integrity of the financial data

#### **Taxation**

• Obtain lower deduction certificate from income tax dept.
• Ensure for timely payments of GST, TDS.
• Ensure for timely filing of applicable returns.
• Preparation of form 3CD and assist in completion of tax audit
• Timely completion of ITR 6

#### **Other Statutory Compliaces**

• Ensure timely payment of PF, PT,ESIC and LWF
• Obtain timely detail from HR for payment of statutory liabilities.
• Ensure timely MCA return (AOC\-4\) prepared and filed.

#### **Audits**

• Over all responsibilities to assist in Audits – Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.

#### **Process Improvement**

• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
• Support automation and digitaliization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
