Lead Technical Architect

The Lead Technical Architect at Dentsu serves as the principal engineering expert within the ecosystem, responsible for defining solution architectures for platforms and systems. This role involves thoroughly evaluating options for time, cost, and compliance with company standards while fulfilling business requirements. You will oversee the architectural work of other architects and guide the end-to-end delivery of solutions for both internal and external clients, managing governance processes. Reporting to the Engineering Director and leading a team of 4-5 Engineering Leads, you will mentor software delivery teams and collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, Security, and DevOps/SRE functions. As the subject matter expert, you ensure architectural integrity and best practices are maintained across all project implementations.
