### **Product Leadership**
- Lead the end\-to\-end lifecycle of strategic product initiatives, from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and business cases for investment decisions.
- Serve as the product leader for cross\-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision and outcomes.
- Influence executive decision\-making through data\-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
