Lead UI/UX Designer (FinTech)

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver best\-in\-class digital experiences for FinTech products.
• Define and drive user experience vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values.
• Collaborate cross\-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, prototype, and validate user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Create and enforce design systems, UI standards, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
• Oversee and participate in user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Ensure that designs comply with financial industry standards for security, accessibility, and regulatory guidelines.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user\-friendly flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and visual designs.
• Present design concepts and user flows to leadership, articulating rationale and user impact.
• Continuously champion design thinking, user empathy, and innovation throughout the organization.

Pay: ₹229,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
