In this leadership role, you will guide and manage Partner accounts and Security Channel Architecture teams, ensuring their activities align with Cisco's strategic priorities and driving both team performance and portfolio profitability. A core responsibility is to build and nurture executive-level relationships with key Partner stakeholders, such as Partner Executives, Sales Managers, CTOs, and CIOs, positioning Cisco as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator. You will influence Partner strategies by connecting Cisco's solutions with customer needs, market trends, and the Partners' own business goals. Furthermore, you will work closely with Partners to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, co-creating shared value propositions that fuel mutual growth and market expansion while overseeing the broader Partner account team.
