• To look after the Sec 138 Cheque bounce cases
• Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts
• Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases
• Sound Knowledge of Court proceedings.
• Drafting, Vetting, Negotiating and modification of Loan Agreements, contracts, and agreements related documents
• Disbursement \& Recovery
• Must be either from a Law Firm / Bank / NBFC
