\*Legal Manager / Head\* with \*8\+ years of real estate legal experience\* required at a \*reputed real estate developer\* based in \*Andheri, Mumbai\*

\*Candidates with experience in both litigation and non\-litigation matters within the real estate sector will be preferred\*

\*JD:\*

\* \*Draft and vet legal documents\* including development agreements, POAs, agreements for sale, indemnity bonds, MOUs, LOIs, legal notices, and replies

\* \*Handle litigation matters\* including writ petitions, appeals, rejoinders, and coordination with senior counsels for Supreme Court matters

\* \*Manage court and tribunal matters\* before the High Court, NCLT, City Civil Court, and Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies

\* \*Provide legal advice\* on corporate, contractual, and real estate matters to safeguard company interests

\* \*Manage RERA documentation, title due diligence, and property verification\* for real estate projects

\* \*Coordinate with municipal authorities and government departments\* for approvals, clearances, and legal documentation

\* \*Ensure statutory compliance, maintain legal records,\* and advise management on legal risks and regulatory developments

Salary \- \*15 lakh per annum\* (depending on experience and suitability)
