We are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Manager with strong legal expertise and hands-on corporate experience to oversee all legal activities for the group. You will ensure legal compliance, minimize risk, and provide practical, commercially sound advice to support business operations. Responsibilities include managing all litigation filed by or against the company, developing and motivating staff to meet deadlines for filing executions in courts across Coimbatore, Chennai, and Delhi. You will initiate various proceedings such as civil suits, SARFAESI actions, Lok Adalat resolutions, cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and criminal recovery cases. Additionally, you will represent the company in disputes before the High Court, advocating effectively to safeguard its interests. This role demands deep legal knowledge and leadership in a dynamic corporate environment.
