• *Position Overview**

The Legal Manager will oversee all legal matters related to the company's real estate projects, including land acquisition, title verification, contract management, litigation support, and regulatory compliance. The role requires extensive knowledge of property laws and real estate regulations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Legal Documentation

• Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, MOUs, sale deeds, development agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure legal accuracy and minimize contractual risks.

Property \& Regulatory Compliance

• Conduct title due diligence and verify ownership documents.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal regulations, and applicable real estate laws.
• Coordinate registrations and statutory approvals.

Litigation \& Advisory

• Coordinate with external advocates on litigation matters.
• Provide legal advice to management on property and commercial transactions.
• Represent the company before government authorities whenever required.

Risk Management

• Identify legal risks associated with projects and recommend mitigation measures.
• Maintain legal records and ensure timely renewal of legal documentation.

• *Requirements**

• 10\+ years of legal experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong expertise in property law, contract law, RERA, and land documentation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
