• *About the Role:** We are looking for a young, dynamic, and talented Lighting Designer with strong experience in designing lighting solutions for high\-end residential and commercial projects. The candidate must be skilled in using leading lighting design software and comfortable working directly with architects, sales teams, and visiting project sites.

Key Role \& Responsibilities

• **Lighting Design \& Technical Work**
• + Create detailed lighting designs, layouts, and concepts for premium residential and commercial projects.

+ Prepare lighting calculations, simulations, and renderings using Dialux, AGI\-32, and related tools.

+ Develop high\-quality visual presentations and concept boards using Photoshop.

+ Prepare and modify detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

+ Ensure designs meet aesthetics, functionality, compliance, and energy\-efficiency standards.

• **Collaboration \& Coordination**
• + Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and offer appropriate lighting solutions.

+ Participate in client meetings along with sales to explain design concepts and product selections.

+ Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project managers.

• **Site Visits \& Project Execution**
• + Conduct site visits to assess space conditions, architectural details, and design intent.

+ Provide on\-site design inputs and ensure proper implementation of the lighting plan.

+ Support project teams during installation and final focusing/commissioning when required.

• **Required Skills \& Qualifications**
• + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Architectural Engineering).

+ 5–7 years of experience in lighting design for premium residential and commercial segments.

+ Proficiency in Dialux, AGI\-32, Photoshop, and AutoCAD — mandatory.

+ Strong understanding of lighting principles, product types, optics, controls, and application techniques.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Creative, detail\-oriented, and able to translate design intent into practical lighting solutions.

+ Willingness to travel for site visits, architect meetings, and project reviews.
