Job Description

• *Location:** Bangalore

• *Experience:** 10\+ years in people management of software development, preferably in telecom domain

• *Education:**

• B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science
• 8–15\+ years of industry experience.
• 3\+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience working in Telecom, Networking, Software Engineering, or Product Development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• *Responsibilities:**

• *People Leadership \& Workforce Planning:** Provide clear direction and leadership to production line staff, plan daily operations, delegate responsibilities, and balance workloads to optimize resource utilization and achieve production targets. **Resource \& Performance Management:** Monitor team performance, allocate resources effectively, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals. **Coaching, Mentoring \& Talent Development:** Coach and mentor team members, identify training needs, support professional development, and foster a collaborative, high\-performing work environment. **Stakeholder Management \& Communication:** Communicate goals, expectations, and feedback effectively across teams and management while building strong stakeholder relationships and promoting open communication and collaboration. **Conflict Resolution \& Team Collaboration:** Address performance and interpersonal issues fairly and constructively, encourage teamwork, and maintain a positive and productive workplace. **Process Improvement \& Compliance:** Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements. **Agile \& Scrum Methodologies:** Apply Agile and Scrum principles to support team coordination, continuous improvement, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery of objectives. **Telecom Domain Knowledge:** Leverage telecommunications industry knowledge to support operational activities, align team performance with business objectives, and maintain service and quality standards.

• *Skills Required:**

Proven experience in a supervisory or line management role, ideally within a telecom or embedded SW development environment. Strong leadership and decision\-making skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Demonstrated ability to manage workloads, resources and priorities under pressure. Skilled in coaching, mentoring and performance management.
