Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive** to generate qualified business leads for our **Website Development, Mobile Application Development, and Custom Software Development** services. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and appointment setting with international clients, especially from the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high\-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn.
  • Manage and operate **a minimum of 5 active LinkedIn accounts** for lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify decision\-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Product Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow\-up messages.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
  • Research companies requiring website, mobile app, AI, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or custom software development services.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation for IT services.
  • Experience generating leads for Website Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, and Digital Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must have experience handling **at least 5 LinkedIn accounts simultaneously**.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified international leads.
  • Experience working with overseas markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).
  • Strong internet research and prospecting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, or similar lead generation tools.
  • Basic understanding of website and mobile application development services.
  • Experience in email marketing and cold outreach is an added advantage.
