• Lead the development and implementation of fine\-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
• Coordinate cross\-functional efforts to align model development with project goals and stakeholder requirements.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine\-tuning methodologies.
• Experience with handling large\-scale datasets and domain\-specific adaptation of language models.
• Ability to analyze model behavior and implement improvements to enhance contextual understanding.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in machine learning model development.
• Capability to work with distributed computing environments and optimize model training workflows.
