• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of fine\-tuning methodologies to optimize model performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
• Coordinate cross\-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine\-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
• Ability to work with large\-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing to support model training.
• Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model accuracy and relevance.
• Experience in integrating AI models with application programming interfaces to enable seamless deployment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
