About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the logistics and transportation sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present company services and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics sales, courier sales, transportation sales, or supply chain services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated and target\-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Mandatory Requirement
- Candidate must own a **Scooty** and possess a valid driving license for local client visits and field sales activities.
