\*Location\*: Kakkanad, Kochi

\*Experience\*: Min 5 years experience in HR management, particularly recruitment and people management

\*Salary\*: 3L \- 4\.5L as per experience and suitability.

\*Candidate Preference\*: FEMALES ONLY

\*Key Requirements\*:\-

Strong experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.\-

Excellent people management and employee relations skills.\-

Ability to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience in attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities.

Strong communication, interpersonal, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.\- Ability to manage a dynamic, fast\-paced work environment and work closely with management.

Prior experience in marketing or event or a similar service\-oriented industry will be an added advantage. Please ensure that the candidates have strong practical HR experience and the ability to independently manage day\-to\-day HR operations.
