Machine Supervisor

• *Job Title: Sales Executive** – Residential / Commercial Real Estate

Location: Thane

Responsibilities

Generate leads through property portals such as 99acres, referrals, and other sources.

Handle inquiries for residential / Commercial properties (sale and rental).

Understand client requirements, including budget, preferred location, and configuration.

Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.

Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.

Coordinate with property owners and clients throughout the transaction process.

Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals.

Maintain daily sales reports, lead updates, and follow\-up records.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Resident of Thane or nearby areas.

Prior experience in sales (real estate sales experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
