• Customize and optimize Magento modules, extensions, and integrations to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement technical solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best development practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Magento updates, technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in Magento development.
• Strong expertise in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Experience with Magento customization, third\-party integrations, and API development.
• Understanding of e\-commerce workflows, customer journeys, and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
