Maintenance Electrician

• *Hiring "Electrician" in Grand Residency**

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction.
• Completes light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.
• Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands\-on work
• Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit\-breaker panels etc.)
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
