Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in industrial electrical systems, machine maintenance, PLCs, motors, and control panels to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC, VMC, production machines, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems, electrical control panels, drives, VFDs, motors, and sensors.
• Monitor and maintain LT panels, transformers, compressors, DG sets, and other electrical utilities, as applicable.
• Identify root causes of recurring electrical breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
• Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine\-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for electrical maintenance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Hands\-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel circuits.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and breakdown analysis.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and 5S.
• Good problem\-solving, coordination, and team\-handling skills.

Candidate Requirements

• 12 \- 15 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in an automotive or engineering manufacturing company.
• Practical experience in industrial machine maintenance and electrical fault diagnosis.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering.
• Candidates with CNC/VMC machine maintenance experience will be preferred.
