Job Description
- *Role: Expat Maintenance \& Production Manager**
- *Location:** Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
- *Requirements:**
✅ Bachelor's Degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum **10 years' experience** in Beverage, Bottled Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Juice, Dairy, or FMCG manufacturing
✅ At least **5 years in a managerial role** overseeing both **Production \& Maintenance**
✅ Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, preventive maintenance, and production optimization
✅ Experience with **SACMI, Well\-Being, or KHS** equipment is highly preferred
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹479,850\.49 \- ₹2,126,162\.63 per year
