Management Trainee

• Undergo practical training in Digital and Home Appliances retail operations.
• Develop in\-depth knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other electronic products.
• Understand product features, technical specifications, pricing, brands, and market trends.
• Learn sales techniques, customer handling, and effective product demonstrations.
• Assist in achieving branch sales targets and business objectives.
• Understand daily store operations, stock management, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with sales teams, brand promoters, and category representatives.
• Monitor sales performance, product movement, and category\-wise business growth.
• Learn customer relationship management and service\-related coordination.
• Assist Branch Managers in team coordination, staff monitoring, and operational activities.
• Prepare sales reports and analyse business performance.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store standards.
• Develop leadership and managerial skills through practical assignments.
