Manager - Academic Operations

We are looking for a Manager \- Operations to lead and scale student operations across university partnerships, driving seamless processes from onboarding to programme progression.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead student lifecycle \& programme operations
• Drive onboarding, student support \& SLAs
• Monitor MIS, dashboards \& operational performance
• Build SOPs and scalable processes
• Coordinate with Universities, Academics \& Technology
• Drive issue resolution and operational excellence

• *Looking For:**

✔ 6–10 years in Education / EdTech / Operations

✔ Strong process \& execution skills

✔ Experience in student\-facing operations at scale

✔ Strong MIS, SLA \& stakeholder management skills

✔ University / Online Education experience preferred

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
