Manager Accounts & Finance

• *Job Summary:**

The General Manager (GM) will oversee all day\-to\-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and growth. The GM will manage departments, lead teams, develop business strategies, and maintain excellent client and vendor relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee daily operations across departments (Sales, Admin, Accounts, Service, etc.)
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure productivity and quality service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare management reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer issues promptly
• Identify business opportunities and new markets for growth

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
