• *Accounts Manager**
• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Manage the organization's accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record\-keeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of required financial information.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to financial policies.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
• Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision\-making.

• *Qualifications**

• Post Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• *Experience**

• Minimum **10\+ years** of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least **5 years in a managerial**.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
• Prior experience in the relevant industry will be preferred.
