Job Description
Location: Hyderabad \| Reports to: Director / Management \| Experience: 10\+ years in operations, with 4\+ years in a leadership role
Role Summary: Oversee day\-to\-day business operations across the group and keep every function running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement, warehouse, logistics and supply chain
Coordinate across departments (sales, accounts, HR, dispatch)
Streamline processes, reduce costs and improve turnaround time
Ensure quality, regulatory and documentation compliance
Track KPIs and present performance reports to management
Lead and mentor team leads and staff
Requirements: Graduate/MBA; pharma or distribution experience preferred; strong planning, problem\-solving and ERP/Excel skills.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
