  • *Your Role:**
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of child rights programs for field levels intervention
  • Strengthen program quality through regular field visits, supervision, and technical guidance to partners
  • Facilitate partnership management as well as direct project implementation, including capacity building of team members and performance tracking
  • Monitor and review Program, program budgets, fund utilization, and financial compliance
  • Prepare quality reports, documentation, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with local stakeholders, government systems, and networks to strengthen child rights intervention
  • Support data collection, analysis, and use of MIS/M\&E systems for evidence\-based program improvement
  • *YOU:**
  • Graduation in any discipline is required; a Master of Social Work (MSW) is preferred
  • Understanding of holistic child rights issues with knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of grassroots experiences in program implementation, monitoring and supervision
  • Knowledge of program budgeting and financial monitoring
  • Working knowledge of Hindi is essential
  • Proficiency in report writing and documentation in English
  • Willingness to travel and work in diverse and challenging field conditions across North Indian states.
