Manager - Business Development

• *We’re Hiring: Business Development \& Client Success Executive**

• *Grafinno Creative Agency** is looking for someone who can do more than just sell marketing services.

We’re looking for a person who can **talk to new clients, understand their business and problems, suggest the right marketing approach, and build long\-term relationships with them.**

What you’ll be doing

• Speak with new leads and understand their business, goals and challenges
• Identify what the client actually needs instead of simply selling a service
• Work with our creative/marketing team to build the right strategy for the client
• Present marketing solutions such as Social Media, Branding, Paid Ads, Content, Video, Website, SEO, etc.
• Handle client communication and regular follow\-ups
• Coordinate with internal designers, video editors and marketing team
• Make sure projects are moving smoothly and clients are updated
• Maintain strong, long\-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services when genuinely useful for the client
• Understand client feedback and make sure it reaches the right team
• Help increase client retention and overall satisfaction

Who we’re looking for

• Strong communication and client\-handling skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Someone who can **listen, understand and think**, not just follow a sales script
• Good at building relationships and maintaining regular communication
• Confident while speaking with business owners and decision\-makers
• Good at explaining marketing ideas in simple language
• Ability to understand a business problem and think of a suitable marketing solution
• Organised and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams
• Previous experience in **sales, business development, client servicing or digital marketing** is preferred
