We’re looking for a real estate professional who understands the business beyond transactions — someone who can identify new growth opportunities while leading end\-to\-end regulatory compliance, liaisoning, and project approval processes.

• *What You’ll Own**

• **Business Development \& Growth:** Identify new business opportunities, evaluate potential projects, explore strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion.
• **Real Estate Compliance:** Lead end\-to\-end statutory and regulatory compliances related to real estate projects.
• **Approvals \& Sanctioning:** Manage development permissions, building plan approvals, commencement certificates, and other project\-related sanctions.
• **Liaisoning:** Coordinate with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, revenue authorities, and other relevant government departments.
• **RERA \& MahaRERA:** Oversee registrations, ongoing compliances, documentation, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
• **Strategic Execution:** Work closely with leadership, legal, finance, design, and project teams to convert opportunities into viable business outcomes.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• 8–12\+ years of relevant experience in real estate business development, approvals, liaisoning, and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Maharashtra real estate regulations, RERA/MahaRERA, development control regulations, and sanctioning procedures.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities.
• Strong government liaisoning, negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• A strategic thinker who can take ownership from opportunity identification to approvals and execution readiness.
