Outgrowth is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses across the US with Website Design \& Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, AI Automation, and Branding.

We're looking for an experienced **Senior Business Development Manager** who can generate qualified leads, book meetings, and close new business with US\-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Cold Calling, Cold Email, LinkedIn, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and close deals.
• Work with CRM tools to track sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3\+ years of experience in Business Development or Digital Marketing sales.
• Experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, or IT services.
• Experience working with US\-based clients.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in US business hours.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
