Job Description
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all administrative and business support functions for the office/project.
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations, including facility management, housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services.
- Manage office infrastructure, assets, consumables, and vendor/service provider contracts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and visa support for employees and visitors, where applicable.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and administrative services in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor administrative budgets, process invoices, and ensure cost\-effective utilization of resources.
- Support onboarding and mobilization of new employees, consultants, and project staff.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, health \& safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Manage records, documentation, office correspondence, and administrative reporting.
- Support project leadership in organizing meetings, workshops, client visits, and corporate events.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor the administration and business support team.
