Manager – Career Success & Corporate Relations

1 Develop long\-term relationships with IT companies, startups, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.

2 Generate new hiring opportunities through corporate visits, networking, referrals and employer engagement.

3 Plan and execute placement drives, campus recruitment events, walk\-in drives and company presentations.

4 Prepare students through resume reviews, LinkedIn guidance, mock interviews and career coaching. Coordinate interviews from scheduling to joining and maintain a high joining ratio.

5 Monitor placement targets, recruiter satisfaction and student outcomes.

6 Maintain accurate placement records, employer database and monthly performance reports.

7 Work closely with trainers, counsellors and the placement team to improve employability.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
